vflock.com strives to deliver Medeco High Security Locks with quality equal to Medeco’s standard of excellence.

Please note all orders should be inspected upon arrival. Often times, Medeco High Security Locks are ordered to coincide with the installation of new doors.vflock.com cannot be responsible for delays in door availability and must adhere to a 30 days of receipt limit for a full refund. After 30 days of receipt, the customer has an additional 30 days to exchange the original product for different product of their choosing. After 60 days, the original order is non-returnable except for manufacturer defect. Medeco High Security Locks are warranted for two years against manufacturer defects.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with “The Finest Lock on the Planet” please return the unopened and uninstalled product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We suggest using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance because the customer is responsible for the product until it is returned to / received by vflock.com. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be credited to the credit card provided with the original order.

If your order arrives and appears to have been damaged during shipping, immediately contact vflock.com so we may contact the shipper to have the shipment promptly inspected for possible replacement. vflock.com may request that the customer open the package and inspect the contents themselves to quantify any damage. A damaged box does not necessarily mean damaged or missing product. If product is damaged during shipping, vflock.com will promptly replace the order and supply a return label to send the original order back to vflock.com.

If your order arrives incomplete, immediately notify vflock.com and we will rectify any deficiency with your order. vflock.com may choose to ship parts to complete an order that has missing product or replace the order entirely in which case, vflock.com will supply a return label to return the original incomplete order.

Ordering the wrong “backset” is a common occurrence and can be easily rectified. If this happens, it is not necessary to replace the entire order. vflock.com will ship the correct bolts and / or latches and supply a return label to send back the incorrect bolts/ latches from the original order. Please note that the customer will be charged for the replacement parts and then credited when the original parts are returned to / received by vflock.com. The customer will also be responsible for shipping charges incurred for the replacement parts and the return of the original parts.
